We at Woodberry value your patronage and want you to be our happy customer! We also understand that there are times when returns might be necessary. In any event, please refer to our Return/Refund Policy below.
Our return policy lasts 7 calendar days after confirmation of delivery. Please inspect all received items as soon as possible. If 7 days have gone by since the package is shown as delivered, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a return/refund for any reason. Please note that only regular priced items may be returned. Some discounted sale items and any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Please also note that certain items, such as mouthed instruments, some art supplies, some holiday items or some infant toys, may not be eligible for return.
Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship out your order. Also note that, once submitted, we will be unable to cancel an order through our system.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, order number and reason for return and our team will get back to you with return instructions within 3 working days. We will not be able to process a return/refund without proof of purchase and prior authorization from our team, so it is important to contact us first if a return is necessary.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it is received. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags/stickers/shrink-wrap in place, with no signs of use. If your order received free shipping, the incurred shipping amount from the original order may be deducted from the refund. Please understand that we are a small, family-owned business and our warehouse space is extremely limited. As such, a minimum restocking fee of 20% may also be applied to your return.
All international sales are final and are not eligible for return/exchange.
Any returned item received by our team that is not in its original condition, has obvious signs of use, is missing parts or shows new damage from improper packing during return transit, may incur a minimum fee of $5.00, deducted from the refund. So please do take care when packing up items for return and keep in mind that packages (especially heavier ones) tend to take quite a beating during transit!

Our team would be happy to issue a free return label for any items that were received damaged or in error. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cover the return shipping cost for any other reason. Please note that many of the products we offer are made of natural wood that have variations in surface colors and markings (wood grain, knots, etc.). Many of our offerings are also hand-painted and may show some variety or color transfer within the same set. Please note that such variances will not be considered manufacturer defects when returns are evaluated.
When shipping a return back to us, we highly recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your own protection. Woodberry does not guarantee that a returned item will be properly received and we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items during return transit.
Once the return is received and inspected, our team will send an email to confirm the receipt of the returned items with notification of the approved refund amount. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
We reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery for any reason (e.g. pricing/inventory errors, etc.).
All international sales are final and refunds/exchanges will not be issued for any reason.
Due to the dynamic nature of our inventory, we are not able to offer exchanges. Please place another separate order if a replacement is desired.
PRICE MATCHING AND/OR PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We do not currently offer price matching or adjustments.
Refused packages and packages returned with an incorrect address will be issued a refund of the purchase price, less the actual shipping costs.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued in lieu of a refund; but please be aware that all conditions in the refund policy will still apply.
