- Do you ship to Hawaii or Alaska?
Yes. While most cases the shipping rule follows 48 contiguous states which is flat rate $7 and free shipping on orders over $100, some larger items may not qualify for free shipping. You will receive an email if there are extra charges for the shipping cost.

- Do you deliver to APO/FPO?
Yes. Shipping rate follows 48 contiguous states. It is possible to take longer to deliver if you have a APO/FPO address.
- Do you ship international?
Yes. In general, shipping cost is $35 to ship internationally up to 4lbs (1.9kg). Otherwise, you will be given the option to choose a carrier during checkout. The shipping time takes 1-4 weeks. You will be responsible for any duties or fees that result from the shipment. All sales are final for international orders and no refunds will be issued for returned items that did not pass customs.
- When will I receive my order?
We ship the same day or next business day. It usually takes 3 days for smaller orders to arrive via USPS. Larger items may take up to 5 days. *Please note that currently all major carriers are experiencing significant delays.
We dispatch from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. Some larger items such as furniture may ship from other locations.
- Do you do special orders?

- Do you offer local pickup?
Due to the pandemic, we currently do not offer local pickup.
We are required by law to collect sales tax from residents of Texas. All other states are tax free.
Once an order is placed through our website, unfortunately it cannot be canceled.
- I received my order, but I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
- Something is missing from my order. / My package arrived damaged.

. If you are suspecting a package was tampered with, please take pictures before opening the package and we will follow up with an investigation.
- Do you offer rewards points?
We currently do not offer rewards points at this time.
- What payment options do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay.
We currently do not utilize Afterpay, but plan to do so in the near future.
